Important: ShareIT currently does not provide any account recovery mechanism.
In case of account loss, theft, or unauthorized access, ShareIT is not responsible for any loss of data, balances, or expenses. Account security is the user’s responsibility.
5. User Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into ShareIT. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.
6. Service Availability
ShareIT is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
6.0 Calculation Accuracy
ShareIT provides automated calculations for balances and settle-ups based on user-provided data. While we strive for accuracy, errors or inconsistencies may occur due to technical issues, rounding, or incorrect input.
Calculations are for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying results before making any payments. ShareIT is not liable for disputes or losses arising from these calculations.
6.1 Donations
ShareIT may offer voluntary donations through third-party platforms such as PayPal. Donations are optional and provide no additional features or guarantees.
Donations help cover operational costs and support the continued availability of the Service. Payments are processed under PayPal’s own terms and policies and are generally non-refundable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or if the Service is discontinued.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
